EnrosadiraTime - Sunset on the road
Sunset over Val di Fassa on a taste tour, from farmhouse to farmhouse, face to face with producers
A loop, a guided hike at sunset, interspersed with two mouth-watering stops face-to-face with producers of some of Trentino's excellences, such as mountain herbs and flowers, cured meats and cheeses from the Val di Fassa: to taste, learn and marvel, where everything originates.
Programme: we set off from the centre of Pozza to reach, along the "Avisio" river, the farmhouse Eco Green Fiores where Nadia, our "flower woman", awaits you with a welcome drink of organic herbal tea, the same herbs that in summer are cultivated in the fields surrounding the building. Just what you need before continuing on to the Masc Aloch. The slight fatigue of the climb is repaid by the view sweeping from Catinaccio to Sassolungo and a rich rustic snack. Daniele, the owner of the farmstead, will guide you through the tasting, with a chopping board of homemade cold cuts and cheeses from the "Mèlga de Fascia", enriched by Trentino apples and a good glass of wine or artisanal mountain beer. 0-metre products, since the cowshed is just a stone's throw away, with the possibility of visiting it. Refreshed in mind and body, and with a sunset selfie as a lasting memory, you return to the village enveloped in the magic of the "blue hour", always in the company of our guide who will enchant you with legends and true stories of our forests.
