Gastronomic festival exploring the White Asparagus of Zambana, an excellent product renowned for its goodness, and the territory where it originates. The festival features tastings accompanied by local wines, harvesting experiences, cooking shows, visits to the fields, and the hamlet.

The festival is accessible by public transport from Trento Malè, with bus and railway stops in Lavis.
Organized by the Pro Loco of Zambana and local associations.
