Tasting of different kinds of "canederli" in Piaz J.B. Massar in Vigo, organised by the local brass band "Mùsega da Vich"
A tasteful journey in Piaz J.B. Massar in Vigo di Fassa, organised by "Mùsega da Vich" in partnership with Vigo Events Committee, accompanied by live music.
The stars will be three types of “canederli”, paired with craft beers by Rampeèr:
- speck “canederli” with beef goulash;
- beet “canederli” with Chèr de Fascia cheese praline and green cabbage salad;
- spinach “canederli” with cheese by Malga de Fascia.
And for the little ones, at 8.00 p.m., an amusing workshop to learn how to make “canederli”, following the precious tips by the cook Daniele, member of "Mùsega da Vich", to then tell mom and dad: "I did it!" (enrolments at the Tourist Office in Vigo; € 3).
