EnrosadiraTime - Sunset at the lake
Until April, you can savour local delicacies seasoned with the lights and colours of the fading day among farmhouses, huts and hotels in panoramic locations in the valley
The end of the day is a time to relax, especially after a day spent on the ski slopes or walking or snowshoeing in the snow. But it is also one of the moments to appreciate what the Ladins call "enrosadira", the phenomenon that - at sunrise and sunset - sees the Dolomites struck by the sun's rays turn various shades of colour: from orange to pink to red. A spectacle of nature worth observing in a privileged position and, if possible, with something good to taste. This is how "EnrosadiraTime" was born, the initiative that, until 10 April, provides a warm welcome in the valley's agritur/farmhouses, malghe/dairies, refuges and hotels at nightfall. The owners of the establishments indicate the best place to admire the sunset and prepare specialities, sweet or savoury, to be savoured with a steaming herbal tea, a Trentino wine or a craft beer from the mountains.
You can experience "EnrosadiraTime" at the Bistrot Al Lago in Soraga every afternoon.
Programme
- You can arrive at the Bistrot in the Hotel Al Lago directly by car or on foot in about 30 minutes from Moena. A convenient road will take you to the village of Soraga.
