Demonstration, preparation and tasting of one of the most typical sweets of the Ladin tradition with the ladies of the "Grop de la Fortaes". In the Val di Fassa there are some sweets that are baked especially for festivals and folk festivals. These include "fortaes", a delicious fried dough with a characteristic snail shape enriched with cranberry jam, "sones", apple pancakes sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon, and "zelten", a sweet and fragrant Christmas bread with dried fruit, candied fruit and sultanas. Apple strudel is never missing, often accompanied by vanilla cream or fresh cream.
