EnrosadiraTime - Forest bathing at sunset

Have you ever tried bathing in the forest in winter? It will be a sensory immersion to enjoy the most intimate contact with nature, at sunset, to be accompanied by a special farmhouse snack.

A bath in the forest, an immersion in nature at sunset, when the chromotherapy of the sky, reflected in the snow crystals, unleashes a whirlwind of strong emotions.

Programme: together with Alessandro and Katiuscia of the farmhouse Ciasa dò Paré in Soraga, expert and certified forest bathing guides, you will try out this new discipline with its multiple benefits: psychological, emotional, physiological (for the cardiovascular and immune system) and respiratory. All at sunset with the spectacle of the "Enrosadira" to light up your heart and soul. Departing from the farmstead, you will reach by shuttle bus the village of "Tamion", from where you can enjoy an exceptional panoramic view of the entire valley. Following a route in stages, you will get to know this oriental practice, enjoying the shapes, colours, aromas and geometries of the forest. On foot, you will reach the locality "Parlaut", where a good herbal infusion awaits you in a characteristic wooden hut and, above all, the splendid view of the Fassa Dolomites at sunset. From here, you return back to Soraga, internalising all the benefits of the blue hour, when the light slowly gives way to the stars. Now a tasty aperitif based on products from the farm awaits you: raw milk cheeses and genuine cold cuts, combined with Slow Food Presidium millefiori honey, jams and fermented garden vegetables, to be accompanied by a good glass of Trentino wine or a "La Trentina" apple juice. On request, the aperitif is also available in a gluten-free version.

Price: € 55 per person. The price includes: transfer by shuttle bus, forest bathing experience and guided walk, a warm welcome drink in the hut, aperitif in the farmhouse, nice gadget. Possibility of concluding the experience with a themed dinner in the farmhouse at the special price of 49 € (please contact the agritur directly). Limited enrolment activity.

Compulsory reservation online or in tourist offices of the valley by 4.00 p.m. on Thursday 9 February. In case of adverse weather conditions, the activity will be cancelled and the fee paid will be refunded. Duration of the experience: approx. 5 hours. Meeting point at 2.00 p.m. in front of the farmhouse (reachable on foot from Soraga or by car). Please indicate any food intolerances when booking.
