Bike Park Garda Trentino
The Bike Park with a view on Lake Garda
This is a unique park that compensates the lack of an uplift system with an excellent shuttle service in one of the most stunning locations, Lake Garda.
An ambitious project aimed to bring to life two spectacular and adrenaline-pumping gravity trails: the VAL DEL DIAOL and the epic Ex-Seicentouno.
The association AGBA, Alto Garda Bike Arena, has gone great lengths to construct and maintain these beautiful trails for the benefit of all riders passionate about this sport. This is a unique park that compensates the lack of an uplift system with an excellent shuttle service in one of the most stunning locations, Lake Garda.
♦ Val del Diaol – length 3,5 km - elevation 1100m – vertical drop 730m - black
Within the riding community, this trail is legendary, something otherworldly, a challenge to constantly outdo yourself. Thanks to the dedicated work of the AGBA team, this trail is one-of-a-kind. Starting above Nago, just a few hundred metres from Malga Casina, the trail is a mixed affair of compacted fast terrain and gravity-defying, rocky, slate-covered surface. In addition, it features many jumps that will challenge even the more skilful riders. The downhill ends in Nago’s industrial area, from here you can reach the village along the country lanes and continue towards Tobole.
♦♦ Ex-Seicentouno – length 1,9 km - elevation 690m – vertical drop 500m – double black
An historic trail on mount Altissimo, beaten by bikers since 1990, now dedicated exclusively to MTB along the last section leading to the Busatte Park. A breath-taking downhill trail, entirely free of loose rocks and shrubs, featuring berms and rock gardens to satisfy the taste of hard-core riders. The panorama across Lake Garda is simply spectacular. In the first section of the trail, two manmade table-tops call for impressive air manoeuvres.
Since 2016, AGBA has taken upon itself the maintenance of one endure-style trail, the Naranch, arguably the most flowy trail in the Garda area.
Every Thursday evening, riders in the area get together for a “Local Ride”. Meeting point is at the “Meki Bar” on via Matteotti 112 in Torbole, with a special shuttle lift pass priced at 10 € instead of the usual 15 €. The ride finishes with a social and the unmissable aperitivo.
Lift systems: to reach the top of the park the local organisation has put in place an efficient bike-van service. The cost of this service is 15 € per rider. You can also ride to the start of the bike park free of charge. For more information, contact the local tourist office.
Pump Track & Skill Area:
The Busatte area is home to a BMX track unique in the whole of Trentino. Extending for 400 metres, it’s an ideal warm-up arena for competent riders, also perfect for beginners to hone some skills.
