Tony Momrelle is one of the most enthralling and established soul musicians of the modern British scene. In a career spanning over twenty years, Momrelle has performed with some of the greatest artists in the world such as Incognito, Gloria Estefan, Celine Dion, Janet, Whitney Houston, Chaka Khan, Sade, Gary Barlow, Andrea Bocelli, Gwen Stefani, Robert Palmer, the Gospel music group Seven and many more. He was the lead singer of the famous Acid-jazz group Incognito for more than sixteen years before launching his solo career, which saw him make his debut with the acclaimed album 'Keep Pushing' released in 2015, and followed by the Deluxe Edition twelve months later. In it Momrelle embodies a universe of sounds, styles and extraordinary ideas, proposing something very special and exciting.
Among the most important appearances in the media in the following two years, the live duet with Jools Holland at the BBC 1 show and collaborations with the Guy Barker Orchestra and Big Band for BBC Radio 2 stand out. His second album is out at the end of 2018.
He is accompanied at the Garda Jazz Festival by a very prestigious line up, with bassist Julian Crampton, also a member of the legendary band Incognito, the young and talented guitarist Christian Mendoza and two important representatives of international soul and rock music Emiliano Pari and Alessio Barelli.
