A taste experience
Your gastronomic journey begins in the fields, where you can thrust your hands into the earth and harvest the White Asparagus yourself under the guidance of Lorenzo or one of the other local asparagus producers.
Learn about its properties, discover the cultivation methods and harvesting techniques. You can then proceed with cleaning and preparing this wonderful delicacy, and when it’s ready for cooking, try it fresh with a glass of fine wine or delicious apple juice!
To round it all off, you can make your favourite recipe at home using the bunch of asparagus you’ll be given at the end of the tasting.
