The result is a cuisine with clean, pure and authentic flavours, made with ingredients chosen with respect for the seasonality of the products, the land of origin and the culture of the places. The true centerpiece of the Maso Limarò Restaurant's cuisine is bread: it is prepared with an absolutely natural baking process, selecting flours of different stone-ground cereals and using sourdough and "biga", a particular type of leavening, which requires long or very long leavening times, up to 3 days.
