The warm colours of the furnishings - contrasting the immaculate white of the linen - reveal the intimate and warm character of the restaurant, carved out of a beautiful Valsugana corner. Every day a different menu, drawing inspiration from the natural flow of the seasons, the fruits of the earth, the local products. The magic hands of Lucia Gius prepare dishes that are difficult to forget, like the trout fillet with leek and radicchio flan, the homemade egg tagliolini with wild wood mushrooms, the braised beef cheek with celery purée. Truly unique is the hazelnut ice cream, which has by now become a classic meal-end pleasure. The wine list - based on a precise knowledge of Trentino wines - gives preference to small producers and in so doing is in perfect harmony with the genuine and authentic style of this restaurant.
