Dallavalle - Rossi d'Anaunia

The story of this distillery begins a long time ago, in the early 20th century, when great grandfather Armando with a licence issued by the Austro-Hungarian Empire "alembicated" only the pomaces coming from the local Groppello. Shortly afterwards, production is momentarily stopped due to the war that drives him and his son to leave the town and their distilling activities. The word "momentarily" is used for a reason: the strong desire to start over again and to fire up the alembic remains strong in both men, so much so that it was handed down to the grandchild Armando, who after accumulating years of experience in another distillery, decides to establish Dallavalle.
Thirty years later, the distillery bears a double name (Dallavalle - Rossi d'Anaunia) and the young Claudio and Sara now work together with their parents Armando and Maria Paola. It's a small distillery, a family-distillery that likes to define itself as a "family of artisan Trentino distillers".
