The Cosi family has always been devoted to land and animal husbandry.
Their farmhouse inn, located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Giustino, offers a warm welcome to a different type of restaurant service in a family country atmosphere.
In the menu, where polenta is paramount, you can find assorted meat second courses like stew, salted meat and beans, salami and cured meats, polenta with melted Spressa cheese or sauerkraut and sausages, home style first courses like canederli (dumplings) and Trentino roll, and carefully prepared homemade cakes, all accompanied by the delicious Trentino wines.
The meat comes of course from animals raised on the farm: it is difficult to describe the taste of Rendena beef, which has a unique flavour, quite rare on the culinary scene.
Milk, beef and yogurt can also claim a quality guarantee thanks to the added "organic product" certification.
