World Wellness Weekend in Val di Fiemme
From September 17 to September 19, this wellness weekend embraces sleep, creativity, nutrition, movement, mindfulness, biodiversity and solidarity.
Walks to admire the UNESCO panoramas with the sound of a horn, a dance to thank the sun, wood essences and floral aperitifs. Kneipp paths along a creek, reinvigorating hay workshops, stars observations and moments to take care of horses, cows, goats and sheep.
This international weekend starts with the opening convention organized by local enterprises at the headquarters of Starpool, a company which creates wellness ecosystems in Ziano di Fiemme, that together with the tourist board of Val di Fiemme promoted this event.
During the WWW, the Fiemme Namastè Festival will be held to meditate in nature. And on Sunday, September 19 take part in Fiemme senz’Auto, a day dedicated to solidarity and eco-sustainability, when car traffic makes way for bicycles, life quality and altruism.
PROGRAMME
FRIDAY September 17
5.00 pm: Opening convention of the World Wellness Weekend in Val di Fiemme organized by local companies at the headquarters of Starpool in Ziano di Fiemme.
5.30 pm: Walk in the late afternoon to Capanna Cervino. At the mountain hut, dance to thank the sun and performance by a professional dancer. Floral aperitif with flowers and cheese of Val di Fiemme. Way back with head torch.
SATURDAY September 18
early in the morning: Walk of about one hour and dawn on mount Corno Bianco, with the sound of a horn awakening the sun. Hot energy drink and cookies flavored with alpine herbs to start your day.
9.30 am: Barefoot walk to discover all its benefits along the Kneipp path in Anterivo. Cold and refreshing drink by the beekeepers of Capriana with pastries made with coffee from Anterivo.
4.00 pm: Workshop and experience: reinvigorating hay and herbs for lotions and infusions.
9.00 pm: After dinner. Walk to the observatory of Tesero. Starry night, then walk back, in silence, breathing in the wood at night.
SUNDAY September 19

10.00 am: Walk in Paneveggio with Matilde, who decided to live in a small mountain village, among essences floating in the air and the sounds of nature.
