"TRENTODOC: Bollicine sulla città" is the event that every year the Trentino Provincial Enoteca and the Trento Doc Institute organize to celebrate the world of classic Trentino sparkling wines.
The event, which offers the opportunity to taste the most significant products of the 50 manufacturing companies, takes place on weekends between November and December, from Thursday to Sunday, during the Advent period.
Tastings, pairings with mountain cuisine, but above all many different Trentino sparkling wines. Perfumes and aromas enliven the event that attracts numerous fans to Trento, together with the Christmas markets.
