What is TED?
In the spirit of "ideas worth sharing", TEDx are local, independently organised events that aim to recreate an experience similar to that of a TED conference. More than 5,000 TEDx events have been held to date and some presentations have become world-famous TEDTalks. At a TEDxevent live presentations and screenings of videos from the TEDTalks alternate to foster relationships and discussions among participants. TED gives general suggestions, rules and regulations for the TEDx event programme, but each event is organised independently.

What is TEDx Trento
TEDx Trento aims to promote social innovation through the dissemination of positive ideas and experiences. The aim is to involve the territory and the main players, public and private, of the innovation ecosystem, facilitating the meeting between people with different sensitivities and skills, with the intent of creating new projects and communities of innovators.
