A unique food&wine experience: modern of course, but with ancient and solid roots like the Mori Colli Zugna winery, an excellence of Vallagarina since 1957.
An underground cellar surrounded by over 600 hectares of vineyards on the slopes of Monte Baldo, the garden of Italy, and of Val di Gresta, the organic vegetable garden of Trentino. Let yourself be guided through the vineyards surrounding the cellar to discover how the grapes are conferred during the harvest period. Then the visit continues in the various internal rooms used for the different stages of vinification and aging in barrels. Here you will admire with your own eyes the entire production process that transforms grapes into wine. At the end of the visit, in the welcoming wine shop you will be offered a tasting of three or five wines, accompanied by a selection of typical local products. “Vini del Gelso” a synthesis of the symbolic wines of the Trentino area, “Terra di San Mauro” dedicated to the naval battle of 1439 in the waters of Lake Garda between the Serenissima Republic of Venice and the Visconti of Milan, “Pendici del Baldo” which celebrates the purity of high altitude wines, and the Trento Doc classic method sparkling wines in the Brut, Brut Rosè and Riserva Dosaggio Zero versions. As provided for by the legislative decree no. 105 dated 23/07/2021, starting from Friday 6 August, entry to the museums, cultural places, restaurants and events will be subject to checking of a Green Pass or:

- certification proving vaccination at least of the first Sars-CoV-2 vaccine dose recovery from Sars-CoV-2 infection
- recovery from Sars-CoV-2 infection
- molecular or rapid antigen test certificate showing a negative result to the Sars-CoV-2 virus carried out no more than 48 hours prior.
