A consortium to be discovered for the protection of fine products that contain the passion of entire generations and the history of a territory cultivated with vines since the time of the Etruscans

Eight local companies (wineries and distilleries) all family-run. The Consorzio Cembrani Doc is committed to promoting the uniqueness of its products, perfect symbols of the oenological excellence of the Valle di Cembra. The alliance between the producers – which includes Distilleria Pilzer, Azienda Agricola Simoni, Azienda Agricola Zanotelli, Distilleria Paolazzi, Azienda Vitivinicola Nicolodi Alfio, Cantina Toniolli, Cantina Corvée and Azienda Agricola F.Lli Giorgio and Federico Paolazzi - includes a line of vines dedicated to the creation of red and white wines as well as fine grappa. Among the varieties offered are Gewurztraminer, Müller Thurgau, Sauvignon, Lagrein, Schiava and Pinot Noir. Bitters, grappas (including herbal varieties), spirits and organic liqueurs complete the offer.
