Between canederli and strangolapreti, in this restaurant the Bellante family puts a territory on the plate, the mountain one, constantly seeking a balance between the preservation of tradition and openness to the outside world. Many specialties, including chef Tommaso's strüdel, much appreciated by guests, the groestel, roasted with meat and potatoes, with an ox-eye egg, homemade spelt ravioli with deer filling, strangolapreti with gorgonzola, bread and spinach, and mascarpone cream with Val di Cembra saffron and berries.
