Maso Mittereck is located upstream of Folgaria Centro, in its beautiful Pineta. In his kitchen, chef Mattia's hands are able to enhance the products of the Trentino area with simple recipes and authentic flavours. This vitality also appears on paper, based on seasonality, but with a proposal that changes and varies day by day, depending on the freshness of the raw materials available. A concrete and simple cuisine, which offers the visitor dishes that are not artifacts or too elaborate, but rich in the noble flavours of the land.
