In the centre of the village of Folgaria, a short walk from the pedestrian avenue and the ice-pad, the Da Giorgio restaurant welcomes guests with cuisine ranging from Trentino dishes to those of Mediterranean cuisine: from meat to game to fish, to cured meats and cheeses from the plateau, each dish is accompanied by bread, strictly homemade by the chef with fine stone-ground flours with 100% Italian wheat. The chef also takes care of the pastry, preparing desserts with top-quality ingredients, without the addition of hydrogenated fats. The wine list offers a good choice of local Trentino wineries.
