Osteria Il Cappello
The Osteria Il Cappello is in the heart of Trento's historic centre, near the fifteenth-century church of San Pietro and a stone's throw from the Buonconsiglio castle and the Duomo.
The restaurant, managed since 1997 by Michele and Silvia, has established itself as a reference point for those looking for a refined environment and a reassuring cuisine.
The cuisine of Cappello is based on two fundamental principles: freshness and seasonality of products. The search for raw materials is aimed at local products, without forgetting the flavours and aromas of the Mediterranean. The menu is deliberately limited, the dishes are tasty, light and balanced and can be accompanied by about 150 wine labels.
STRENGTH
Thanks to its three levels, the restaurant meets all needs: romantic candlelit dinners in barrel vaults, business lunches and dinners, or pleasure on the ground floor, which become very private on the small mezzanine. In summer, a beautiful garden is set up in the pedestrian square in front.
