The cuisine is healthy and genuine, based mainly on products from the Valle di Fiemme, therefore at zero km, and is characterised by simple but original flavours, the result of a local tradition combined with touches of innovation and lightness. In fact, the chef proposes the fusion between dishes and culinary ingredients of the past, characterised by strong mountain-peasant roots, and modernity, enhancing without distorting. The headmistress and sommelier is very good at recommending the right bottle or a path to the glass to accompany the chosen dishes. Finally, special attention is paid to guests suffering from food intolerances.
