Agriturismo Filo d'Erba

Once a barn, today an agritourism run by our family. Wooden pot and beam stove: an enveloping warmth.

We are located on a natural terrace, surrounded by the meadows of Fai. 

Silvana welcomes you, takes your orders, advises you on wines, ensures that the basket of freshly baked bread never remains empty, it is served at the table. 

Paolo, her husband, is the person behind the simple, yet refined dishes you can taste.

A short menu, to produce as little waste as possible, which changes according to the season. Many of the ingredients we use come from our son-in-law's farm right next door; the rest come from small local suppliers. 

The tables are few, to spend the right time: that's why we ask for a reservation.
