Located in Tret, on the road leading to Passo delle Palade, the Alle Ciaspole Hotel-Restaurant welcomes you in a secluded and intimate setting in typical Tyrolean style. The "Wintergarten" stands out in the restaurant, a panoramic terrace/veranda that offers a splendid view of the Brenta Dolomites. The menu is a tribute to local traditions and the philosophy of km 0, well represented by the choice to use wheat-based flours grown in the fields between Amblar and Cavareno at the Pezzini farm. The result is a cuisine made of genuine and authentic dishes in which some unforgettable specialties emerge, such as golden potato bread with lard, cornmeal lasagna and milk piglet.
