We are professionals in fine dining who are dedicated to creating refined and tasty dishes, with a special focus on sustainability and local produce.
Our chef, Giovanni D’Alitta, has a twenty-year history in the culinary sector.
We offer international specialties with local products, in an elegant setting. Our restaurant is surrounded by the greenery of the vineyards of Mezzocorona, in the Piana Rotaliana, surrounded by the mountains of Trentino.
The goal is to offer refined and accessible cuisine, in a sober and welcoming atmosphere.
