The proposal of the Maso Palù Restaurant aims to enhance seasonality, with an eye to small local productions: this is how a tasting menu was born that, with a monthly deadline, proposes the best the territory has to offer. Do not miss the polentina with truffle cream, the potato cake with seared salted meat and the rabbit roll with chestnuts on crispy puff pastry, among the appetizers, while among the first the pumpkin and teroldego orzotto with Trentingrana fondue and chestnuts and the buckwheat tortelloni with chestnuts, smoked ricotta and mushrooms. Beautiful closure with pork fillet cooked at low temperature with the scent of sage and crispy roasts with cream of potatoes and roast beef with black Baldo truffle with polenta.
