The restaurant can cater for up to eighty diners in its two, indoor rooms and another forty on its gorgeous terrace, soaring towards the peak of Gran Vernel. In sum, El Pael can boast a discrete number of covers. Nonetheless, it is a peaceful and pleasant restaurant, in part thanks to its propitious location. The restaurant is found in the heart of town, in a spot far removed from traffic and in front of a play park. Furthermore, it is also a pizzeria, although the dining room has been designed to be a more tasteful and elegant dining environment.

The Anesi family has been working in the restaurant sector for 53 years now with Hotel Italia. Roberto is a professional sommelier. Together with his mother, Luisa, and his wife Manuela, he has been at the head of El Pael for 11 years. With the support of Chef Giorgio Iori, Roberto has drafted and shaped his menu to focus on the traditional cuisine of Val di Fassa.
