Antica Erboristeria Cappelletti

Founded in 1909 by Giuseppe Cappelletti, a herbalist (or "spice seller" as they were called in those days), the Antica Erboristeria Dott. Cappelletti today is run by the fourth generation of Cappelletti's and has celebrated its first 100 years of uninterrupted activity.
It has remained a family-run business and jealously cherishes the secret recipes handed down by the old herbalist to his great grandchildren, although perfectly in step with the new trends and requirements of today's market.
The Amaro Trentino and the historical Acqua di Cedro have been joined by the grappas that now dominate the scene. They are all of excellent quality and of 100% Trentino provenance, as certified by the Istituto Tutela della Grappa del Trentino (Institute for the Safeguarding of Trentino Grappa). The distillery now offers a vast assortment of distilled spirits, ranging from the single-variety ones to the white Cadevita, from the young to the aged, from the fruit distillates to the aromatized grappas.
