The menus are based on old family recipes, confirming a total adherence to local gastronomic traditions. After some cheese and cured meat platters, on the fine wood tables will appear the most typical local dishes like tortel di patate (roasted potato pie) with carne salada (pickled meat), barley soups with vegetables in season, strangolapreti (literally "priest chokers", a type of homemade dumplings), grilled meat, game, goulash ... all dishes being generously accompanied by the house wine or various local wines.
