A beautiful house in a sunny and quiet position, only three minutes by foot from the centre and from the cableway to Ciampedie, 50 metres from the parc and 50 metres from the busstop to Sellaround.
Ten apartments divided in four flats with lift, eight of them of mq 70, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, tv and balcons and two smaller apartments located in the attic with a special view.
In common use there is a laudry and a skiroom with skibootdryer, a bid terrace in front of the house with barbecue and two free parkplaces for each apartment.
The perceft place for families or for any age and everyone who loves our Dolomiti mountains.

Conditions
Prices are all included, but for final cleaning that costs 50,00 euro and bed linen and towels. We can provide you them for an extra charge of 12,00 Euro a person and a change. Make me know as soon as possible if you need it or not.

Cancellation is free if made within the 30th day before the arrival. From the 29th day preceding the arrival, a cancellation fee is applicable, equal to the amount of the deposit paid.
The reservation is valid only under the terms and for the number of occupants, specified in the confirmation email. Any changes must be agreed in advance with the owner of the house, who reserves the right to accept or deny them. Stays from 1St November 2015 will be charged a tourist tax.The tourist tax is an amount that must be paid at the accommodation for stays from 1 to 10 nights in addition to the price of the holiday book.

Leave the motorway A22 Verona/Brennero at the exit Egna/Ora, direction Cavalese, Predazzo, Moena, Soraga e Vigo.
Or you can leave the motorway at the exit Bolzano nord, direction Val d'Ega, Novalevante, Passo Costalunga, Vigo.
