A SEASON TO SAVOUR Festivals of taste and tradition in Trentino’s villages

In autumn, celebrations of food and community take over Trentino’s villages. Festivals and fairs honour the season's rich harvest, bringing traditional recipes to life. Pumpkins, wild mushrooms, chestnuts and locally produced cheeses take centre stage, alongside fresh fish and regional olive oil. These events invite visitors to enjoy lively markets, guided walks and workshops which celebrate the deep ties between the land, its people and traditions.
