An unprecedented food and wine journey: an itinerant dinner in the majestic halls of Castello del Buonconsiglio, performed by Italy's most renowned chefs. Each stage of the route will offer signature dishes paired with the best wines of the area: from the elegant Trentodoc mountain bubbles, perfect to enhance every course, to the great red wines of Trentino, an authentic expression of the land. The sweet epilogue will be entrusted to the Vignaioli del Vino Santo, custodians of a unique and refined tradition, and to the mixing station, run by the Istituto Tutela Grappa del Trentino, for a finish marked by excellence and creativity.
In its fifth edition, Stelle al Castello renews and strengthens the collaboration with the association Ambasciatori del Gusto, which promotes the excellence of Italian cuisine in the world. An exclusive evening where taste, culture and territory come together in the evocative setting of the castle, for an unforgettable sensory experience.
