GeoTrail Gemme del Baldo
The "Geotrail GEMME DEL BALDO" is a nature trail that takes place,as a kind of treasure hunt, carried out in the Madonna della Neve on Monte Baldo.
This thematic itinerary, realized by the students of the STEAM Liceo Internationale Rovereto, winds along mountain roads kept in good condition and without particular difficulties. The Geotrail Gemme del Baldo has four stages (called caches) made according to the criteria of geocaching, which provide for the carrying out on site of simple practical activities on topics of earth sciences and botany. Recommended for families, mountain lovers, hikers of any level of experience and school classes. The area is also a magnificent example of balance between nature and tourist activities. The planned route and activities are completed in a maximum of three hours at a medium pace.
