Yoga Kids on the Farm

Yoga for children with playtime and getting to know the farm animals.
Discover yoga with your child while being in contact with nature and animals. With yoga teacher Grazia Passerini, who has a degree in Modern Literature and extensive experience teaching children, founder of Yoymiyoga www.yoymiyoga.com The experience offers moments of play and introduction to children’s yoga, designed specifically to get them in tune with their bodies. Thanks to this type of yoga, you get in touch with your emotions, thoughts and feelings, developing self-confidence in yourself and your abilities. Following the lesson, which lasts about an hour, the children can get to know the friendly farm animals and make friends with each other; afterwards, there will be an opportunity to have lunch directly in the farm (meal cost not included)   Note: the experience is for children aged between 4 and 12, who must be accompanied by at least one parent. All necessary materials will be provided by the teacher. Saturday 18.06 – Il Masetto, Geroli (Terragnolo) Il Masetto is a small farm off the beaten track. A place to eat, to stay, to rest, to stimulate one’s curiosity. Trentino dishes and wines, grazing goats, writers and books, the stories of a valley, silences and encounters.

Friday 01.07 – Malga Riondera, Lessinia Trentina (Ala) Malga Riondera is a bioagriturismo located at an altitude of 800 metres, surrounded by pastures and woods, with ample opportunity for walks in the surrounding area. It produces meat, vegetables, jams, honey and eggs that can be tasted in the refreshment area. It is also an educational farm and organises family activities on bees, farm animals, the wolf and mountain life. There will be an opportunity to have lunch at the host facility by prior booking at 348 1454784 (during working hours 8.30-20.00).

book your experience at Malga Riondera by clicking here!   Saturday 09.07 – L’Abete Rosso Farm, Val di Gresta (Ronzo-Chienis) The L’Abete Rosso farm is located high in the mountains at 1,200 metres above sea level; it grows organic vegetables, raises Black Angus cattle, Appaloosa horses, raises chickens and produces eggs.
