Through the creation of culinary pleasures our local caterers and food making workshops become ambassadors for times gone by, promoting the heritage and biodiversity of small local producers.
The restaurants taking part in the initiative use short supply chains and seasonal products to help promote traditions and respect for the local area. Their menus celebrate the products of excellence of the member producers, in compliance with the principles of the farm to table movement: sustainability, nature, and originality.
