What does “Blue Flag” mean?
It means that the lake water is of high-quality, as it respects strict chemical parameters that are periodically monitored: no wastewater in the surrounding area, clean beaches and leaks under control. The Blue Flag is an international recognition, established in 1987, the European Year of the Environment. Every year it is awarded to municipalities and tourist destinations in 49 European and non-European countries.

Elegant residence located in the center of Serrada with 27 spacious and carefully furnished apartments in mountain style, almost all with balcony. Each apartment has a TV with satellite channels. Located in a privileged position, it has a large fenced and fenced park, in the immediate vicinity (about 250 m) from the Martinella quadruple chairlift starting point, gate of access to the Skitour dei Forti, that is to the ski area of the plateau.
