In spring, the Trentino is cloaked in green and white

Festivals amongst herbs and flowers to take in all the colours of nature

SPRING 2020 – Doesn’t spring make you want to travel? Warm spring days slowly stretch out and lengthen after the long winter and lure you to experience new, enticing adventures and follow new paths. And it is the perfect opportunity to come and see us!

A weekend is enough, perhaps taking advantage of the spring and bank holidays, to do a trial before the actual summer holidays. A day trip, a weekend or a whole week, it doesn’t matter. The important thing is to snap out of your winter blues and commune with nature.

Don’t know what to do? Well, here in Trentino there are a great number of Spring Festivals: from vegetable garden and flower garden events to the woodcutters’ triathlon, from apple blossom festivals to workshops where you can learn about wild herbs and how to use them. Jot them down in your diary!

Aprile dolce fiorire

From 10 April to 3 May, 2020 apple blossoms will be the undisputed protagonists of your holiday in Val di Non. Aprile Dolce Fiorire is packed with events, holiday ideas, advice and itineraries to experience the magnificent apple blossom period.

Quattro ville in fiore

On Sunday, 26 April, 2020, participate in the footrace immersed in the colours, scents and history of the Val di Non. Celebrate the arrival of spring amidst vast stretches of blossoming apple trees! The race is open to everyone, athletes and non-athletes, but also to families with children. It is a feast rather than a race, thanks to the “slow” pace of the event, which encourages participants to travel the 5- or 11-kilometre race at their own pace so that they can enjoy the landscape as well as its natural and artistic beauties.

Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 April 2020 in Mollaro di Predaia in Val di Non, the very popular flower event returns, even more exciting and chock-full of novelties! A weekend to celebrate the arrival of spring and the blossoms in the apple orchards. A colourful showcase of culture, food and wine and fruit-growing, which make this Trentino apple-producing valley unique.
