When it comes to fine food and wine, there are numerous specialities which reflect the long history of this land as well as numerous chances to participate in any of these winter events: all you need to do is take a weekend break and dedicate yourself to the pleasure of fine dining and much more in this relaxing mountain atmosphere. Beyond the ski slopes, duly serviced by non-stop ski-lift facilities, yet assuredly embraced by this immense and peaceful natural setting, there are a myriad of events with many forms and functions in the cities and town centres.

From December to March - Folgarida Marilleva

Hop into the carriage on the valley train and set off on a journey through the flavours of Val di Sole, Val di Non and Piana Rotaliana. You will taste traditional products and discover the iconic places of their production. The Presanella dairy in Mezzana, the Golden Theater and Melinda in Val di Non and the Rotari winery are waiting for you!


March – Monte Baldo

Snow-loving gourmets, this is your date! An 8 km walk in the Monte Baldo Nature Park with mouth-watering stops in various stages in the mountain pastures and huts along the route. The menu? Strictly Trentino dishes which have been prepared according the best seasonal traditions, washed down with IGT wines and craft beers!
