We are two boys from the village, Mattia and Massimo, with an idea: a place at the start of the ski and biker lifts, where you can have a beer and something to eat at the end of the day.
Let the pizza dough rise for at least 48 hours and then cook it in the wood oven.
The other main dish is burgers. The meat is that of the Coop di Fai - ask any local: it is the best meat there is! The bread is briosciato, jalapenos, bacon and burrata make the sandwiches even tastier.
