... At San Martino di Castrozza and Passo Rolle, a freeride paradise, the "#weridesafe" campaign is on, to point out the areas where this discipline can be practiced in full safety, and the rules to be observed. Today we are at Passo Rolle, where we decide to start with a medium difficulty track. We go up on the Paradiso chairlift and, once at the top, we stop for a few moments to enjoy a truly breathtaking view before we dive into the off-piste. We move to the left of the run, at the start of a beautiful track with continuous changes in slope.
On the opposite side of the ski area we go back up with the Castellazzo chairlift and admire the unmistakable profile of Cimon della Pala, to then descend on the run all the way down to Capanna Cervino. Armed with sealskins, we prepare the skis to go back up to Baita Segantini on a beaten track.
We begin a descent on fresh snow to Val Venegia and arrive at Pian dei Casoni. Then we continue with our sealskins on the path to Malga Juribello and descend to the point of departure of the Castellazzo chairlift.
