Fiemme Vitality Park

With its nine trails totalling 57 km in length, the Fiemme Vitality Park is the largest Nordic walking park in the Trentino. Located between 900 and 1,200 m a.s.l., the park features two starting-points: Lake Tesero and the station downhill from the Ceramis Alp facilities. The park is equipped with clearly signed trails for all difficulty levels. It features 3 trails for beginners marked in blue, 3 intermediate trails marked in red, and 3 advanced trails marked in black. Sign boards have been placed on level or slightly sloped trail sections to illustrate proper Nordic walking techniques or travel times, and to suggest stretching exercises. Nine 2 km training trails have been set next to the park, one for each town in the valley. Free classes with qualified instructors are provided on each of these trails. Lessons are held at the beginning of each week and last a couple of hours. Guests from the hotels, which are members of the Fitness in Nature plan, are provided with sticks at the introductory Nordic walking session.
