Cembrani DOC - Zanotelli
A historic company that now offers a wide range of wines with strong ties to the region. White, red, rosé and sparkling wines all await you in the heart of Valle di Cembra.
A family-run business since 1860, the Zanotelli winery cultivates around 15 hectares of its own land on the forbidding slopes of Valle di Cembra. In the past, the Zanotelli family were particularly dedicated to producing Schiava wine, made from red grapes. Over time, their offerings have expanded to more “modern” varieties, particularly white grapes, which flourish in this area thanks to its particular climate characteristics. Today, the company produces 13 types of wine: 7 whites (Müller Thurgau, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Riesling, Manzoni Bianco, Kerner and Silvester), 2 reds (Pinot Nero and Lagrein), a rosé (a fresh interpretation of the traditional Schiava), a Trentodoc Spumante Brut and Spumante Rosé made using the classic method, and a Passito wine made from different white grape varieties.
