There are typical taverns where you can only find products of Trentino origin, from water to wine, from cured meats to cheeses, from flour to fruit, in the name of quality and authenticity. The Catenaccio Restaurant is one of these places, a place where tradition meets taste, in a welcoming and familiar environment. Do not miss the carne salada, a traditional dish of Trentino cuisine, the canederli in broth or melted butter, the pear and cheese flakes with gorgonzola sauce and Bleggio walnuts, the Lucanica Trentino, the speck and cheeses from the Fiavè dairy, such as the spressa delle Giudicarie, the occhiato and fior di monte, and finally the desserts, from apple strudel to ricotta cake, without forgetting the inevitable walnut cake.
