Locanda Margon offers its customers a choice of two separate settings: Salotto Gourmet and Veranda. The Salotto celebrates signature cuisine in à-la-carte and fine tasting menus, including "Suggestione Bollicine" (Bubbles Suggestion) and "Un piatto per un vino" (A dish for a wine), where wine becomes the menu's primary feature. The Veranda offers simpler and faster dishes, capable of matching the chef's talent and the quality of ingredients with the needs of customers more concerned with price and speed of service.
