In the 50s Giordano Purin, due to a fortuitous event but also through intuition, invented Parampampoli mixing coffee, wine, brandy and sugar, while the flame of the fireplace did the rest by lighting the mixture in the pot.
In this way Parampampoli became the banner of "Rifugio Crucolo" and its enormous success also increased the reputation and the characteristics of the local economy.
