The Casa del Vino della Vallagarina, founded in 1996 on the basis of the operational cohesion between 30 local producers, represents a concrete and unique example of territorial promotion of wines and spirits, a reality where each member is the architect and interpreter of a particular winemaking reality, an expression of an increasingly choral rurality. In a welcoming atmosphere, every day this restaurant brings the Trentino culinary tradition to the table with a different menu, prepared by the chef and paired with care with one of the wines produced by the members. The products come from small local producers, both from the agricultural and dairy sectors. The characteristic outdoor and indoor environments make the historic Palazzo de Probizer the ideal place for any event.
