From June to October, 14 restaurants and 8 selected butcher's shops await you for Trentino Barbecue, many appointments with grill artists and the best meat from Trentino. Booking is recommended.
The butchers will advise you on the cut of meat best suited to your tastes, while the chef will take care of preparing a barbecue to perfection. The rest will be done by the expertise of the wait staff and the locations chosen for Trentino Barbecue.
Appointments marked with 
will feature grappa producers associated with the Istituto Tutela Grappa del Trentino, who will tell you about grappa between tradition and innovation.
