The expert chefs will present their dishes made with locally sourced products, inspired by tradition and innovation. At the end of the exhibition, the specialties will be available for tasting by the audience present with a base offer of €10.
In tasting: selection of local cured meats accompanied by Schüttelbrot from South Tyrol, potato and pear flour dumplings (Pala Birne- Pear Pala) filled with goat cheese, thyme, toasted butter, and poppy seeds, beef guanciale with a reduction of Pinot Noir from Val di Cemba, roasted pine nuts, mashed potatoes and pumpkin, sautéed mushrooms. In conclusion, Buchtel with strudel aroma (the Kanzi apple), chestnut heart, persimmon sauce.
