Gatronomic Festival: the "Ciuìga"
From 31 October to 4 November come to San Lorenzo in Banale, one of the " Most Enchanting Villages of Italia" and celebrate with us the gastronomic festival dedicated to the "Ciuìga" salami.
The ciuìga was invented by the second half of 1800 and it is now produced with two autumn products: high quality pork meat and white turnip mixed with black pepper, salt and garlic and then smoked using an ancient technique.
